Privacy Policy
RemTech Shareware Innovations ("RemTech", "we") collects only the information described below, to run this website and to respond to people who contact us. We do not sell personal data. Enquiries If you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, the details you choose to give (phone, organisation, budget, timeframe, preferred contact method, your message) and the page you came from. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss the service you asked about. We ask you to confirm your email address so that no one can send an enquiry in your name. Closed enquiries are deleted after the retention period we set (spam after 90 days). Updates and news (optional) Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Only if you tick the separate, optional box on the contact form will we add your email address to our updates list, once you have confirmed your address. Every message will contain an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect at once. Unsubscribing does not delete your enquiry; we keep your address on a suppression list so we do not write to you again. Website analytics (only with your permission) If you accept analytics cookies we record, for each page you view: the page, the website you came from, your browser and device type, your country (where our host provides it) and a shortened form of your IP address (the last part is removed, so it does not identify a household). We never store your full IP address. Raw visit records are deleted after 90 days. Nothing is recorded if you decline, if you have not chosen, or if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Security logs Like any server, ours may keep short-lived technical logs (for example an IP address in an error or login log) to keep the site secure and to investigate abuse. This is separate from analytics and does not depend on your cookie choice. Your choices You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw a consent, by writing to us using the contact details on this site.
Terms of Use
This website is provided for informational purposes about RemTech Shareware Innovations' services and products. Campaign OS Africa, DijiProd, RemProps and any other RemTech-owned product names, designs and underlying software remain the intellectual property of RemTech Shareware Innovations. Client deployments are licensed, not sold, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cookie Policy
This site uses two kinds of cookies. You can change your choice at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer. Essential cookies (always on). A session cookie and a security token, needed for the site and the enquiry form to work, and a cookie that remembers your cookie choice for 180 days. They do not track you across sites. Analytics cookies (only if you accept). A random anonymous identifier that lets us count visits without knowing who you are, as described in the Privacy Policy. Declining, or withdrawing later, stops this and deletes the visits already recorded under that identifier. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and this site loads no third-party trackers.
